I’ve been a certified and practicing Yoga Teacher since 2011. The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing.

My name is Zara and I’m a Yoga Teacher with an unbeatable passion and a unique approach to teaching — one that is inspirational and embodies the physical, spiritual, and emotional aspects of wellbeing. I enjoy sharing my knowledge in Therapeutic Yoga and specialise in Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy, Adaptive Yoga and Yoga for skiers. I have taught and lectured at International Yoga festivals and collaborated in Yoga teacher trainings. The depth of my training and experience allows me to provide clients with amazing benefits.
